Allowing for flow-dependent slip in the junctions of a temporary junction network, we derive the constitutive equations of temporary slip-link networks. The stress tensor is determined by three material functions, namely, the time-dependent linear-viscoelastic memory function, and two strain-dependent functions describing slip and disentanglement of network strands. Slip and disentanglement are related via a mass balance for network strands.By specifying slip and disentanglement, the constitutive equations of Lodge, Wagner, Doi-Edwards, and Marrucci are shown to be special temporary slip-link constitutive equations. To demonstrate the predictive power of temporary slip-link network theories, we compare predictions and extensional flow data with step change in flow direction.Dedicated to Professor Arthur S. 将经典全量理论作了推广,考虑了应力状态及塑性体积变形对拉压性能不同材料的塑性行为的影响。应用该本构模型分别计算了厚壁筒在内压和外压作用下的应力分布。给出了径向应力、环向应力和轴向应力沿壁厚的分布图。将本文的计算解与拉压性能相同(不考虑体积变形、强化曲线唯一)的幂函数强化材料的厚壁筒的理论解进行了比较。结果表明,材料的拉压性能不同对厚壁筒的环向应力和轴向应力影响较大。因此,对于拉压性能不同材料,考虑到其对应力状态及塑性体积变形敏感时,是不能将其简化成拉压性能相同、体积不可压缩、强化曲线唯一的理想材料。 相似文献

本文提出了Winkler地基上变厚度圆板轴对称弯曲的传递矩阵算法。首先,根据贝塞尔函数理论获得了等厚度圆板和环板单元在任意荷载作用下轴对称弯曲的解析解,这些解均由通解和特解两部分组成。基于这些解析解,导出了等厚度圆板和环板单元的传递矩阵。然后沿径向将变厚度圆板划分成一个等厚度圆板单元和一系列等厚度环板单元,应用传递矩阵算法原理获得了变厚度圆板的整体传递矩阵。引入圆板的边界条件,给出了该板每条节线上的挠度、径向转角、径向弯矩和径向剪力。最后,讨论了受均布荷载作用的简支线性变厚度圆板的弯曲,将本文数值解与解析解进行比较,证实了本文方法的有效性,并简要地讨论了地基参数对板挠度和径向弯矩的影响。 相似文献

The 1/2 subharmonic resonance bifurcation and universal unfolding are studied for a rotating shaft with unsymmetrical stiffness.
The bifurcation behavior of the response amplitude with respect to the detuning parameter was studied for this class of problems
by Xiao et al. Obviously, it is highly important to research the bifurcation behavior of the response amplitude with respect
to the unsymmetry of stiffness for this problem. Here, by means of the singularity theory, the bifurcation and universal unfolding
of amplitude with respect to the unsymmetrical stiffness parameter are discussed. The results indicate that it is a high codimensional
bifurcation problem with codimension 5, and the universal unfolding is given. From the mechanical background, we study four
forms of two parameter unfoldings contained in the universal unfolding. The transition sets in the parameter plane and the
bifurcation diagrams are plotted. The results obtained in this paper show rich bifurcation phenomena and provide some guidance
for the analysis and design of dynamic buckling experiments of this class of system, especially, for the choice of system
parameters.

Railway wheelset experiences the problem of hunting above a critical speed, which is a kind of self-excited oscillation. At the critical speed, it is known that the system undergoes a subcritical Hopf bifurcation. Therefore, for clarifying the nonlinear characteristics of hunting it is very important to detect, for example, the nonlinear forces in the wheelset due to the creep forces acting between the wheels and rails, and the nonlinear component of the resorting forces by the suspensions. However, it is impossible to determine each force quantitatively. In the present paper, it is first shown, by using the center manifold theory and the method of normal form, that the nonlinear characteristics of the bifurcation in a wheelset model with two degrees of freedom are governed by a single parameter, hence each nonlinear force need not be detected when examining the nonlinear characteristics. Also, a method of determining the governing parameter from experimentally observed radiuses of the unstable limit cycle is proposed. Next, we experimentally investigate the variation of the parameter due to the presence of linear spring suspensions in the lateral direction and discuss the variation of the nonlinear characteristics of the hunting motion, which depends on the lateral stiffness. As a result, the improvement of the stability of the wheelset against the disturbance by the linear spring suspensions is clarified. 相似文献

Sufficient conditions for the technical stability in measure of a nonstationary control system with variable structure are
established. The controller of the system has feedback-switched filters functioning together with shaper and actuator. It
is assumed that the nonstationary parameters of the system vary within given ranges, at a finite rate, with appropriate control
laws, with adjustment against mismatch signal, its derivatives of finite order, and all variable parameters of the filter.
The parameters of the switching hyperplane remain constant. This approach for analysis of technical stability does not involve
sliding mode conditions. Criteria of technical instability in measure for the control system under consideration are formulated
using the properties of systems of comparison from below. The general criteria of technical stability and instability are
applied to nonstationary filtered-control systems of variable structure of the third order. The comparison method based on
normalized Lyapunov functions is used
